        ARE THE BOTTLES DISHWASHER SAFE?
        This bottle is made from Tritan plastic, which is dishwasher safe. 

        WHAT ARE THE BOTTLES MADE OUT OF?
        Our bottles are made from PETG food-grade plastic (BPA free).

        DO YOU NEED TO WASH THE BOTTLE BEFORE USE?
        Yes, please hand wash your bottle with soapy water then rinse thoroughly before use.

        CAN THE BOTTLES HOLD HOT WATER?
        Yes, tritan plastic bottles are able to withstand hot temperatures. Not all 2.2L bottles are made from Tritan plastic so make sure you check the description before buying. 

        CAN THE BOTTLES BE PUT IN THE FREEZER?
        Please do not put your Hydra Bottle in the freezer as it subjects the bottle to extreme temperature cycles which can weaken the plastic. If you like your water cold we recommend placing it in the fridge or alternatively putting ice into the water when you fill it up.

        CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DROP MY HYDRA BOTTLE AND IT BREAKS?
        Due to the size and weight of the bottles, they may not withstand large drops. Please take special care of your bottle to ensure its longevity, as refunds will not be given for bottles that have been dropped.

      Perfect. One of the best

      this colour is so pretty. i love the finished matte look too. i also love that it has a cover that's sturdy and isnt easy to break off. the bottle is easy on the hand and has a nice grip. i was so impressed with how it looked I bought the khaki one for my brother, which looks just as good. the little hole to let air out whistles and initially was annoying ( i haven't used a bottle with that before so it was strange at first), but it doesn't bother me any more and in fact i'm glad it's there as it's very effective.

      definitely worth it.
